Item Details
(American Seal Beach California 1878-1963) Oil on board of a desert & mountain landscape Signed 'A Espoy' LL. 16" x 19 1/2" overall 25" x 28" Housed in gilt wood frame with paper backing. Modest paint loss to edges. Very good, light craquelure mostly to lower part of painting BIO: Espoy of Spanish descent, studied art in Spain & moved to Southern California in 1922 where he became an accomplished and well known of artist of seascapes & landscapes.
