All items are sold 'as is, where is' with NO warranty or guarantees expressed or implied & ALL sales are FINAL! We will offer previews where we can and ask that bidders make an effort to preview before bidding. Please note that in the event you cannot preview, you are buying at your own risk! PLEASE NOTE ANY SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS ON THE ITEM DESCRIPTION (such as LOCAL PICKUP ONLY). TAPP will not ship those items as they are for the most part larger lots. Please bring extra help for these big lots and note that if not picked up during the designated time, you will forfeit these large lots, unless arrangements are made with the Auction House prior to the end of the auction. We will work with our bidders where we can, but many times we are working on our clients time frame. Buyer agrees by bidding that he is responsible for all shipping charges on shipped items, per our Shippers instructions. If for some reason you are not able to pick up your items onsite, please contact us and we will be happy to bring those items back to our Auction House for pick up at a later date. Please call to arrange a time. We will have to charge a nominal fee to bring the items back as follows: Furniture charge $25 per item. Charge for smalls will be $5 per item.
