All purchases will be removed from the auction site no later than WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 20, 2017 @ 4:00PM EST Purchased items that remain at the auction site BEYOND 4:00PM, DECEMBER 20, 2017 will be hauled AT PURCHASER EXPENSE to a storage yard where items will be stored AT PURCHASER EXPENSE. ALL PROXIBID PURCHASES must be paid for IMMEDIATELY upon invoice, via wire transfer regardless of amount. Please do NOT send payment to the auction site. They WILL NOT be accepted. Titles for motor vehicles will be sent via overnight courier from our main office. This will be at the PURCHASER’S EXPENSE

We do not permit the owners or agents of the owner to bid on their own equipment. If this happens, it is certainly without our knowledge and consent, and we welcome you to bring it to our attention. The appropriate actions will be taken. 3. Everything in today's sale will be sold As-Is Where-Is; without guarantee or warranty expressed or implied. Items become the sole responsibility of purchaser at Knock Down.? All sales are final! 4. Online Bidding: Live internet bidding will be provided by Proxibid. Proxibid will charge an Internet Service Provider Fee of 5% to the successful internet bidder for items over $10,000 and 10% for items $10,000 and under, for each lot purchased on-line. Internet Purchasers must pay in full, via wire transfer, immediately upon invoice. No items will be be removed from auction site without complete payment. All online international bidders must first place a $10,000 USD, refundable deposit in order to bid. These funds will either be applied to the purchase invoice or be refunded via wire transfer in a timely manner. All refunded deposits will be less a $50 USD fee to cover incoming and outgoing wire fees. 5.
