PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS
For on-line, live internet or absentee bidding there is a 12% buyers premium. All accounts must be settled at the conclusion of the auction. The credit card used upon registration for this auction will be charged immediately following the auction. The credit card will be charged separately once shipping charges are established. In order to avoid additional credit card processing fees, please notify us in advance of the auction if you have special requirements for billing the credit card. When you bid on any item, you are entering into a binding contract.
DECLINED CREDIT CARDS: Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $10 processing fee to run another credit card or to run same card at a later time - NO EXCEPTIONS!
To avoid additional transaction fees, call the auction company to make other acceptable payment arrangements. GUN PURCHASES: If picked up at our auction facility, we will need to make a copy of your current FFL, Permit to Carry, or Permit to Purchase. Guns requiring shipment will be shipped to an FFL dealer in the buyer's home state. The buyer will be charged $20 for the first long gun and $10 for additional guns for handling plus the cost of shipping. It may be less for hand guns.
We will email you when your merchandise ships, including the tracking number. FURNITURE &/OR LARGE ITEMS: The bidder is responsible for arranging shipment on heavy items, furniture, and larger items. We will NOT call you about this. You must contact us within 5 days of the conclusion of the auction about your shipping/pickup arrangements. If you have questions about a lot, please call the Auction Company at least one day prior to the auction. We will be happy to provide you with information.

The auction company through the United States Postal Service or UPS Ground can arrange packing and shipping. Packing and shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and may be quoted before shipping. Fragile or large items will be shipped by a professional shipping company and may result in higher shipping costs. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Our first priority is to deliver your new purchase in excellent condition.
Our on-line auctions move quickly! If you are interested in an item, bid quickly. If you win an item in the auction you will be notified by email. In order to have enough time to conduct authorizations, registration must be completed at least 24 hours in advance of the auction. If it is a multiple day event, 24 hours prior to the first day of the auction. If the day before an auction falls on a holiday or weekend, the deadline is the day before the holiday or the Friday prior to the auction.
