Announcements made by the auctioneer on the day of the sale take precedence over any published material pertaining to this sale. All auctions are with reserve unless specifically stated otherwise. Reserves, if any, ARE NOT disclosed. Additionally, bids may be placed at some auctions by the seller, an employee of the seller, or an agent on the seller’s behalf. Agents of the Independence Auction Company may bid on some items. All bids taken must be real bona fide bids. Some items for sale are from repossessions. These items may be removed at any time before the sale due to reasons of consumer protection laws. While the information we provide on item(s) is deemed correct, no warranties are expressed or implied as to any items being sold, and you agree to purchase and accept the item in an as-is condition. Information on items is obtained by us from the sellers and you hereby agree to hold harmless Independence Auction Company, its employees, contractors, and partners of any errors or omissions regarding the item(s) being sold. This information includes but is not limited to year, model, machine or engine hours, physical condition, options, features, and other data pertinent to the value of the item. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS –IS WHERE-IS. No returns. Read, look and understand what you are buying once your bid is awarded the item is yours no matter what was pictured or written, you must ask all questions before the auction. Bidders should inspect the merchandise before bidding to determine its condition and understand that he/she is buying the merchandise based entirely on his or her own opinion. Please call, or email us, with any questions you have about items. The auctioneer reserves the right to settle any and all disputes and his decisions shall be final. Shipping Instructions: Shipping or pickup is the sole responsibility of the buyer. PICK UP AND STORAGE- All items must be removed within 10 days of the end of the auction. All vehicles are subject to a $25 per day/per item storage fee if left more than 3 days. The auction company reserves the right to sell item at auction for storage cost. A $50 fee will be added for all Titled Lots Sold. Currency Type: USD Payment: You are responsible for all charges to your bidder number. No items will be released until payment is made in full. Full payments are required via wire transfer, or cashier’s check, within 3 business days of the end of the auction (unless prior arrangement is made) An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with “Proxibid.com” after the sale concludes. Included with the invoice will be the address to have a check overnighted or wire transfer made. All Fees will be included with the final bid price on the invoice. Successful bidders must contact Independence Auction Co within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify payment. A $15.00 wire transfer fee must be added to all wire transfers. Out of United States purchases MUST BE PAID BY WIRE TRANSFER.
