ALL MUST BE REMOVED ON PICK UP DAY UNLESS PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE FOR HOLDING. All items eligible for shipping will automatically be shipped to the address on file. The buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees. All items designated as local pickup only will be FORFIETED. If you DO NOT WANT IT SHIPPED and wish to forfeit your purchase YOU MUST EMAIL THAT REQUEST to newlifeauction@yahoo.com within 24 hours of auction close. We do NOT ship FREIGHT on furniture, OR any oversized heavy items. Items not available for shipping are indicated with "Local pick up only" in the description. Locals will be charged second time for holding any non-picked up items during scheduled pick up. See details under Special Terms of Sale - HOLDING. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, NO RETURNS, REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. Accepted forms of payment are Visa, Mastercard, Discover. Credit cards will be charged immediately at the close the auction. Buyers waive any and all rights to initiate a credit card charge back against the transaction and/or the seller. A 15% buyers premium plus a .25 cent processing fee will be charged to the credit card on file. All South Carolina residents will be charged 6% sales tax unless we have your tax number on file. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due, this amount will NOT include your shipping costs, we ship our own items USPS. When bidding on this auction, you authorize us to charge your card twice and agree to pay two charges (items & shipping charges). We charge 25 cents to charge your card a second time for shipping charges. This service is to save our customers money from higher priced shipping companies. We do need to cover our costs in order to do this. Any cards denied will be charged a $3.00 fee per charge. If you know there is an issue with your card, please contact us immediately. We charge fees to cover fees that are charged to us.
