1972 Chevrolet K10 4×4 Pickup Truck
Vehicle Identification Number: CKE142Z146852
1972 Chevrolet K10 is well maintained and blessed with laser straight panels and a patina created by Mother Nature herself. This K10 has been maintained in outstanding mechanical condition.
The photos speak for themselves. The trucks body is in excellent shape with the original paint finely aged with areas of oxidation and wear along with some minor surface rust. All this combined makes for a very attractive Patina. While some panels have some surface rust there is no rot on this vehicle anywhere.
Indeed, this truck is the perfect Chevy K10. It has the fabulous lines that you expect from one of the most beautifully designed trucks in America combined with the rugged patina of the American West. Its handsome great looks garner a lot of attention yet being unrestored the truck has outstanding utility. Take it to the hardware store, take it to the mountains, hunting, fishing, Starbucks you name it. This is a truck you can enjoy as is or it’s the perfect candidate to turn it into a trailer queen. You can’t go wrong either way.
Powered by a powerful 350 engine, with Edelbrock 650cfm carburetor, stock intake manifold, dual exhaust, and four speed transmission, this truck starts easily and runs and drives like new. Thanks to outstanding maintenance over many years this truck has zero leaks or known mechanical issues. Underneath, this truck utilizes stock Dana 44-5F Front axle with splicer manual hubs and Saginaw HO52 rear axle, a NP205 transfer case, as well as stock gearing. The truck sits on a set of 35X12.6 R15 BF Goodrich Tires size on chrome rims. The truck has a 4 inch lift, amazing road manners at highway speeds and great off-road capabilities as well.
The truck’s interior is not restored but the seat, door panels, carpet, dash pad are all in excellent used condition, need nothing and very comfortable. All gauges, window cranks and switches work as expected.
