These items may be removed at any time before the sale due to reasons of consumer protection laws. While the information we provide on item(s) is deemed correct, no warranties are expressed or implied as to any items being sold, and you agree to purchase and accept the item in an as-is condition. Information on items is obtained by us from the sellers and you hereby agree to hold harmless Independence Auction Company, its employees, contractors, and partners of any errors or omissions regarding the item(s) being sold. This information includes but is not limited to year, model, machine or engine hours, physical condition, options, features, and other data pertinent to the value of the item. ALL ITEMS ARE SOLD AS –IS WHERE-IS. No returns. Read, look and understand what you are buying once your bid is awarded the item is yours no matter what was pictured or written, you must ask all questions before the auction. Bidders should inspect the merchandise before bidding to determine its condition and understand that he/she is buying the merchandise based entirely on his or her own opinion. Shipping Instructions: Shipping or pickup is the sole responsibility of the buyer. PICK UP AND STORAGE- All items must be removed within 10 days of the end of the auction. All vehicles are subject to a $15 per day/per item storage fee, payable to the seller, if left more than 10 days. Any items not picked up with 30 days will be resold, all fees taken from the proceeds, and the remainder, if any, will be sent to the original buyer. Any unpaid fees are still the buyer’s responsibility. All items with title will incur a $50 title fee. Currency Type: USD Payment: You are responsible for all charges to your bidder number. No items will be released until payment is made in full. Full payments are required via wire transfer, or cashier’s check, within 2 business days of the end of the auction (unless prior arrangement is made) An invoice will be sent to the email address registered with “Proxibid.com” after the sale concludes. Included with the invoice will be the address to have a check overnighted or wire transfer made. All Fees will be included with the final bid price on the invoice. Successful bidders must contact Independence Auction Co within 24 hours of the completion of the auction to verify payment. A $15.00 wire transfer fee must be added to all wire transfers. Out of United States purchases MUST BE PAID BY WIRE TRANSFER.
