Buddhist Temple Bells w/ Raised Dragon Motif – Cast Bronze – 2 1/2” DIA Each – Appx 3” Top to bottom -- High & Low Pitches – near a 3rd apart and pleasing to the ear --Tibetan dragons are protectors of Buddhism whose thunderous voices awaken us from delusion – These are very likely Tibetan – A licensed art appraiser made that call in 2015, Please see the photos and judge for yourself – there are no numbers or mold markings on them – The deeper bell has thin ridge & the higher bell has a thick ridge inside the skirt of the bell just above the bottom edge.
