Any item not picked up by May 1, 2018 will start to accrue a storage fee of $5 per day. If the item hasn't been removed by May 30, 2018 it will become abandoned property. Auction company will have a 6,000 LB forklift available to assist with load out of light weight items on the following dates: Sunday 4/22 12-5 PM Monday 4/23 Tuesday 4/24 8:30AM-4:30PM. There will be no loading up after dark. Loading & handling heavy items will be the responsibility of the buyer. Riggers will be on-site auction day for quotes.
