Simple Terms. Removal is your responsibility! Please bring enough help with you to manage your purchases. Buyer acknowledges the auction site may be a dangerous place and will hold harmless the seller and auction company if any personal injury or loss arise. By bidding on any items in the auction, you agree to these terms. It is known that the Buyer is responsible for removing their assets and disassembling them as well if need be. The Buyer is there on their own behalf to safely remove their purchases while knowing that they are responsible for any damages to property or injury to themselves or others. The Buyer needs to conduct due diligence prior to purchasing the assets and prior to removal of their assets so they can remove the assets in the safest manner possible. Again, during any auction or removal period, the Buyer will hold the Seller and Auction Company harmless if any personal injuries or damage arise. 1. Everything sells where is as is without an written or assumed warranty or guarantee. 2. All sales are final. 3. Bid accordingly as there are no returns. 4. Removal is buyers responsibility. All items to be picked up by 5 PM May 17th unless you make specific arrangements with the Seller. 5. NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE - local pickup only. 6. Call for details on any specific items before placing bids. 7. It is in your best interest to view these assets or at least make a call to auction company to verify condition of the assets. No refunds to be given due to condition. Buyers responsibility to find out prior to placing bids. 8. If you have to place a charge back on your card - You MUST contact auction company first to explain your reasoning - we do realize there may be some circumstances that arise and Buyer may have the right to a refund BUT any charge backs without prior knowledge to auction company will be taken serious with swift and aggressive action taken by auction company.
