1. Everything sells where is as is without an written or assumed warranty or guarantee.
2. All sales are final. New Owners have not used this equipment so make sure and view the assets of interest or call auction company for details.
3. Bid accordingly as there are no returns. Again, owners do not know if all these assets work so please conduct due diligence and make sure the purchases are what you expect them to be prior to bidding.
4. Removal is buyers responsibility. Removal will be day of auction until 7 PM. Wednesday May23rd, 8 Am to 5 pm. Thursday May 24th 8 AM to 5 pm. Anything later than this date, you will need to call prior to bidding to make sure the Seller will work with you on removal of the assets.
5. NO SHIPPING AVAILABLE - local pickup only.
6. Call for details on any specific items before placing bids.
7. It is in your best interest to view these assets or at least make a call to auction company to verify condition of the assets. No refunds to be given due to condition. Buyers responsibility to find out prior to placing bids.
