A 15% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid plus a .25 cent processing fee will be charged to the credit card on file. All South Carolina residents will be charged sales tax. There will be no sales tax charged online sales, unless you live in South Carolina. Items not picked up on the scheduled date and time will be held by Sheppard’s Auction & Estate Services, LLC for up to one week (7) days with a holding fee of $5.00. Not picking up at auction site implies: 1. You agree to a holding fees for later pick up and/or shipping terms & conditions. 2. You understand if items are not picked up within two weeks 14 days, you will forfeit any money paid for such items and they will be resold to cover storage cost. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction ends. Any bidders with credit cards that are declined on reconciliation day will be charged a $30 processing fee to run another credit card- NO EXCEPTIONS! The purchaser agrees to pay all reasonable attorney fees and costs incurred by the auction company in the collection of funds. The purchaser also agrees that a fee of 2% per month be added to the balance of any unpaid balance due the auction company and any other costs or losses incurred by the purchaser's failure to adhere to these terms.
