Buyers who choose to pick up their winnings may pay by cash or check on pick up day, or may call 715-657-0078 one day before pick up day to have their credit cards charged. If your invoice's shipping address suggests that your winnings will be shipped, you only need to contact us if you are going to pick up instead. Otherwise we will charge your credit card on file the day after the auction closes for the items won. After packing and shipping costs are determined, your credit card will be charged a second time and your items will be sent out. When circumstances dictate, we may charge a deposit before packing, then charge or credit the difference after the shipment leaves. Bad checks and bad credit/debit cards waste everyone's time. Please make sure that there are sufficient funds in your account and that your credit card information is current. We may charge a fee of up to $50 for bad checks or credit/debit cards, with the fee being commensurate to the collection efforts. A Bidder who chooses not to cooperate in resolving a nonpayment issue will be turned over to Proxibid and may ultimately be banned from the entire Proxibid system.
