Payment must be made on Auction day, Cash, Certified Check, Credit card 3% processing fee. Free Loading on Auction Day till 8pm, All Items must be removed by 9-1-2018 2-days after the Auction or the items will be considered abandoned and claimed by the auction company to cover removal costs. On-site and On-line bidding available. All items are sold as is “AS IS” unless guaranteed by the seller. Troyer Auction Services ltd. acts only as an agent of the seller and assumes no responsibility for the seller statements.All items are to be removed from the premises by purchaser. In all disputed bids the decision of the auctioneer on stand is final. The sale price is the price recorded by the clerk on the clerking sheet at the time of the sale. Purchaser assumes responsibility for items at the time of purchase. (i.e. when the auctioneer declares the item sold.) Do not leave items unattended. When an item is sold the buyer is responsible for it, including damage and theft.
