All successful bidders are taking the property absolutely “AS IS” with no warranty whatsoever as to the merchantability and fitness for a particular use and expressly release the auction house and the original source of the auctioned goods from any and all claims, demands, judgments, damages, attorney’s fees, court costs, consequential and special damages of any sort or nature On-line Bidding Terms: 1. YOUR BID IS A CONTRACT TO BUY should you be the winning bidder. Absolutely NO REFUNDS. Sugarman Auctions and Estates has put forth every effort in preparing the catalog for this auction to provide accurate descriptions of all items. All property is sold 'AS IS' and it is the bidder’s responsibility to determine the exact condition of each item. Please call with any questions prior to bidding. 2. FOR LIVE AND TIMED INTERNET BIDDING: There is a 20% Buyer's Premium and 7% SALES TAX added to the total. There is a 3% discount if paying by cash or wire transfer. If you are tax exempt you must send a current copy of your FLORIDA tax exempt form to ACASHIER1@GMAIL.COM. If sending a Freight Company or third party to pick up your purchases, a bill of lading MUST be emailed to ACASHIER1@GMAIL.COM or MUST accompany the driver at the time of pick up. Sugarman Auctions and Estates MUST NOT be listed as the shipper. The BOL must also mention the purchaser as well as the items they are authorized to pick up. Items will not be loaded and BOL will not be signed if our company is listed as the shipper. NO EXCEPTIONS. 3. All accounts will be settled at the conclusion of the auction. You will be invoiced for your purchases, plus buyer’s premiums, any taxes. A pre-auction authorization will be performed to establish bidding eligibility. 4. Buyer must remove the merchandise from the premises at Buyer’s own risk, expense and liability. PURCHASES CAN ONLY BE REMOVED UPON PRESENTATION OF ORIGINAL PAID INVOICE. If purchased items are not removed by the removal deadline, h purchased items will be deemed abandoned by the Buyer. Buyer shall forfeit all monies paid to Auction Company for such purchased items and shall forfeit any rights to such purchased items. Auction Company is not responsible for items that are not removed within the time specified. 5. Sugarman Auctions and Estates does not provide labor, tools, or any supplies. It is the buyers sole responsibility to bring their own supplies, help, and any necessary tools and removal devices.
