9:00 am Proxi will start, Bidding will be fast paced, so be paying attention!! Sale order subject to change as auction day approaches. There will be a 10% buyers premium and a 5% Credit Card fee. Sales Tax will apply to all purchases. Bidding increments will be the auctioneer's discretion. All purchases or multiple purchases under $2,000.00 will be paid for by credit card, cards will be charged immediately following the sale, Auction Company will be calling customer for settlement. All purchases over $2,000.00 will be paid for by wire transfer, at a cost of $25 to customer, on the next business day, which is Monday, August 20. No exceptions. If you cannot meet these terms, do not bid. Once the item is sold it is solely your responsibility for payment and pickup. All items must be removed by Tuesday, August 21, unless prior arrangements have been made with the auction company. All items will be sold in AS-IS condition and all items and statements are believed to be true but the auction company is not responsible for wrong information.
