For bidders residing in OK: All eligible firearms will require an approved for 4473 & NICS background check for transfer. Any party who is under the legal age limit to purchase or own firearms, convicted felons, or any other individual who cannot legally purchase or possess firearms is RESTRICTED from bidding. Bidders residing outside the state of Oklahoma will be required to supply shipping information for a licensed FFL in the same state of residence.
