Any/all Equipment left at the Auction Site after the Auction will be the SOLE Responsibility of the Purchaser. 9. The new buyer will have to make arrangements for loading with Wieman Land And Auction. 10. Any/all announcements made from the Block on Auction Day will take absolute precedence over any matter of print or any matter of previously printed advertising. 11. South Dakota 4.5% Sales Tax will be charged.
