Our auctioneers move very quickly and do not linger on an item once bidding has ceased. It is not advised to wait for the 'Once, Twice' warnings to appear. There is an inherent latency in the online bidding process. Although this delay is minimal, the one to two seconds it takes to receive a bid online and pass it to the auctioneer can make the difference. Once an item is announced 'SOLD', it is final. We will correct the sale price online in order to accurately reflect the actual price. Firearms capable of firing modern ammunition will be required to ship to a licensed FFL dealer. $20/gun administrative fee will apply to all firearms purchases. Ammunition must be shipped via UPS/FedEx Ground and will require an adult signature on delivery. It is the bidder's responsibility to determine that an item is genuine, its condition, age, value, or any other determinate factor. All photos unless noted are of actual items being offered for sale. This is very rare, and we feel it best to protect the integrity of the sale. However, if a flaw is noted in the online description, then pre-bids will be acknowledged and accepted at sale time. In the event of a tie or disputed bid, the auctioneer's decision is final. No returns are accepted for any reason. In the event of a dispute that cannot be resolved through good faith effort, the buyer agrees to submit to binding and final arbitration pursuant to the laws and in the venue of Christian County, MO. No party shall be entitled to attorney fees or costs. Three Creeks' liability in all cases shall be limited to purchase price and buyer's premiums paid.
