Inspection for this auction is scheduled for Friday, September 28th from 3:00 - 4:00 pm (central) at JP's Pawn & Gun Shop. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factors. In no event shall Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value. All sales are final. Bidders who bid from off-site at our online auctions, understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Payment of purchases is due in full by 4:30 pm on October 5th. Buyers will be invoiced for all purchases plus a 15% buyer’s premium. Credit cards will not be accepted on this auction. All sales are Final. All bidders must be at least 18 years of age for long gun and 21 years of age for handguns. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise unless it is a material and intentional misrepresentation of the item itself. Bidder agrees that everything is sold AS-IS and that they may not return any item they purchase. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Hanson Realty & Auction Company, Inc. reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction. Pick-up is available on Thursday, October 4th by appointment ONLY. All purchases for pick-up must be scheduled in advance. Buyers are responsible for arranging their own pick-up. Firearms will be paid for at Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc., 112 W. Lauderdale St., Tullahoma, TN 37388 and will be picked up from JP's Pawn Shop, Winchester, TN. Ammunition WILL NOT be shipped under any circumstances. Buyer must provide JP's Pawn Shop with a licensed FFL dealer to receive any firearms that will be shipped. JP's Pawn Shop will facilitate all shipping of firearms. Buyers are responsible for all shipping and handling charges. Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. will contact buyers to collect shipping and handling charges at a rate of actual shipping costs plus a $10/box packing and handling fee. Hanson Realty & Auction Co., Inc. does not provide local delivery services. For pick-up, payment will be collected at Hanson Realty & Auction Co. from 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Buyers must have a photo ID at payment. All purchases must be paid in full prior to arranged pick-up. We cannot store items. Items not paid and picked-up by 4:30 pm, October 5th will be assessed a $5/day storage fee and a $ 25 appointment fee to schedule a later pick-up. Any purchases not picked-up by 4:00pm on October 9, 2018 will be forfeited, resold and NO REFUND will be awarded. For pick-up, buyers will need to bring a copy of their paid receipt, photo ID and all packing materials, tie-downs, and labor. All firearms purchasers will be required to pass a NICS check prior to taking possession of the firearm(s). Buyer's failing the NICS will forfeit all fees, the purchase price and all claims of ownership of the firearm(s). There is a $30 per firearm fee to be paid directly to JP's Pawn & Gun Shop by cash ONLY. Hanson Realty and Auction Co., Inc. cannot provide moving or loading labor. We do not provide any local delivery services. Special Terms apply to items being shipped. No ammunition will be shipped. Firearms will not be sold to, or shipped to CA, NY, NJ. No international firearms transactions. Buyers must provide JP's Pawn & Gun Shop with contact and shipping information and a copy of the FFL license of the receiving licensed FFL dealer.
