Online Auction Terms and Conditions: 1. All items sold AS IS, WHERE IS. All sales are FINAL. There is an establish date for inspection and all Bidders are encouraged to attend the inspection.It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness and value. 2. All Bidders warrant they are of legal age and must provide a valid credit card in order to register for this Online Only auction. Buyer's premium of 15% and applicable Sales Tax will be added to the final bid. Your credit card will not be charged unless you are to be determined the winning bidder. 3. Bidders have the option to set a maximum bid per item. This allows the auction software to to automatically increase their bid to the next highest bid increment. 4. Pick up of items : Bidders are responsible for their own removal. Any item NOT picked up by the set time will be considered abandoned. Removal shall be at the expense, liability, and risk of the purchaser. Purchases will be released upon presentation of a paid email receipt. Please insure that movers or anyone picking up items on your behalf have your paid receipt at the pickup location no items will be released without a paid email receipt. Bidder further agrees to be held personally responsible for all purchases made on their bidder number, and agrees that bidder will not charge back items which are not picked up during the published removal times. Buyer authorizes McGraw Auction Services, LLC, to release buyer's assets to any individual in possession of the buyer's sales receipt. Bring help to remove items. We do not provide any help with removal of items. This is an ONLINE ONLY AUCTION, PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ITEMS during the scheduled removal time. Any item left longer than 5 days after the close of the Online Auction, will be considered abandoned and McGraw Auction Services, LLC has the right to dispose of said item or offer it for resale. 5. Closing: Auction will close at a rate of 3 items per minute. In the event a bid is received within the last 2 minutes of the items closing time, that items time will be extended an additional 3 minutes. 6. The auction firm and any of it's employees are entitled to bid during this auction. 7. The auction firm nor their employees are liable for any loss, damage or accidents that may occur on auction firm premises. 8. In the event that the auction firm is unable to deliver an awarded item as a result of theft, damage or any other reason whatsoever, the auction firm's sole liability will be the return of any said monies paid on awarded item or items. By his or her purchase, the buyer waives any claims for liability against the auction firm for any reason whatsoever.
