Special Terms: For pick-up by appointment only, you must bring your own manpower and tools to dismantle, carry, pack, load, etc. of your purchased items. Please bring your own boxes and wrapping material. We are NOT liable for any damage to any items. Buyers should contact Auction Company immediately if you wish to pick up your items, otherwise it is assumed that the items need to be shipped. If picking up they must be picked up at the scheduled removal time and location -NO Exceptions. All items must be paid for in full before removal. No pets at removal location. If payment is not made or if credit card is declined, bidder assumes no ownership. Title only passes when payment clears. In addition, payment must be made to third party shipper within one week of shipper contact, otherwise the item(s) are declared abandoned by you with no further claims to ownership and no return of funds. *Auction Company reserves the right to solicit "absentee bids" from buyers and to initiate said bids on their behalf.
