Shipping Instructions: Shipping will be provided by STNE as a courtesy to our USA bidders. Shipping will be made within 3-5 business days after receiving payment (sooner if possible) . All shipments will be packed professionally and we ship worldwide. Tracking numbers are also emailed as soon as packages get shipped. All shipments are insured at the total bid amount contained in the shipment (other add-on charges are not covered by insurance). We pay for insurance services at our own expense as a security for both our Bidders and STNE. We also require a Direct Signature from the Bidder once the merchandise is received. We mainly use UPS or FedEx Ground Shipping on domestic shipments, which may take three (3) to five (5) business days. Under special circumstances, STNE may ship items using UPS or FedEx Express Mail, private carriers or pack and ship enterprises, the cost of which shall be charged to the Bidder. STNE will not use lower classes of mail to ship sold merchandise due to increased risk of loss. Special shipping and handling requests may be accommodated on a limited basis at STNE’s sole discretion and may incur additional handling charges. All costs charged to a Bidder's original invoice are estimates and STNE reserves the right to charge additional amounts if such estimates are exceeded. By acknowledging this Agreement, Buyer agrees to any additional charges as may be necessary to accommodate special shipping and handling requests. Shipping and handling charges to Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories, Canada and Foreign Countries are higher and often require registry or express mail. The shipping carriers may also limit insurance coverage to foreign locations. STNE will ship items to foreign locations using the same classes of mail and additional postal services (USPS) that it uses to ship to US locations, to the extent that such services are available. Please be advised that insurance coverage may be limited or unavailable for those locations. To the extent foreign bidders are aware of alternative shipping arrangements, which may be desired to increase insurance coverage, we advise them to notify STNE of such options. STNE shall not be liable for any shortfall of insurance either on foreign shipments or on the non-coverage of additional invoice charges exceeding bid amounts. Jewelry Appraisal: All jewelry items sold by STNE are evaluated by third party appraisal firms where certified AGA American Gemological Appraisal evaluate the weight, size, and grade of gemstone and/or metal to determine the replacement value of the item. Please be advised that all appraisals are done for insurance purposes only and do not determine the actual value of the jewelry on auction. The appraisals are done for sole purpose of protecting the Buyer in the event of damage or loss of purchased jewelry items from STNE. STNE is not responsible for the opinions and appraisals of any third party appraisal firms and their experts. Returns: All property is sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with all faults, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Liability and Disclaimer: STNE and its Consignors disclaim any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the Implied Warranty of Merchantability or Fitness for any particular purpose. No warranties are made that the property offered for sale is what it is described to be by the Auctioneer or the catalog.
