Item Details
10mm, s/n 130870, rifle, brl length 33", bolt action, good condtion, Finger hook trigger guard, smooth walnut straight grip walnut stock with box checkered forend showing water damage to butt area with minimal overall wear. Metal surfaces show mostly brown patina throughout with freckling on receiver, bolt, trigger guard and on barrel in some areas. Steel butt plate shows pitting, adjustable rear sight with fixed front. Cleaning rod, 2 barrel bands, bore shines very bright.

Zettlemoyer Auction Company accepts payment by Mastercard, Visa or Discover, wire transfer, cash at pickup, money orders, cashier's check or personal or company checks. (Buyer pays wire transfer fees). There is a 3% surcharge for payment by Mastercard, Visa, or Discover. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. No purchases released until payment by personal or company check has cleared.
If your purchases total $300 or more and you choose to pay by cash, check, money order or wire transfer please contact us by 3 PM on Monday March 11. All cash, check, money order and wire payments must be received by us Noon on Friday, March 15.
If your purchases are less than $300 or you do not contact us by 3 PM on Monday March 11 the credit card you used to register on Proxibid will automatically be charged and an additional 3% will be added to your invoice total.
All sales are final, no returns, no credit card charge backs for any reason. $30 fee for returned checks or declined credit cards.
6% Pa. Sales Tax will be charged unless items are shipped out of state or if you have a current Pa Sales Tax Exemption Form on file with us along with a copy of your Sales Tax License.

Gun grading is a subjective process, this guide is developed using a combination of NRA, Blue Book and The Standard Catalog, The “Percentage” System and current standard industry practice. Everyone has their own opinion, this guide will hopefully help us to communicate conditions to you clearly. NEW – Unused, same condition as Factory. 100%
USED But in Like New Condition – May have been slightly used, but shows no wear, perfect condition. Modern guns = 99-100%
EXCELLENT – May show slight use, no easily noticeable mars or defects, minimal bluing wear, mainly slight at edges and muzzle, few to no scratches. Modern Guns = 90-99%; Old Guns = 80-99%
VERY GOOD PLUS – Shows slight wear, only minor defects or dings and scratches. Nice looking bluing but worn at edges and muzzle.
Modern Guns = 85-90%; Old Guns 70-80%
VERY GOOD – Some wear on finish and operating surfaces, no corrosion, maybe some light freckling. Could have minor dents and scratches.
Modern Guns = 70-85%; Old Guns = 60-70%.
GOOD – Finish may be worn from use or carry, wearing on operating surfaces. Could have some pitting and light corrosion/freckling. Dings & scratches, but they should not interfere with function.
Modern Guns = 50-70%, Old Guns = 30-60%.
FAIR – Well worn finish or possibly none left at all. May have corrosion and pitting.
Modern Guns = 20-50%, Old Guns = 1-30%
POOR – Worn out or rusty, sold mainly for parts or repair.

The highest bidder shall be the buyer and if a dispute arises between two or more recognized bidders, the auctioneer shall decide the buyer or immediately put the item up for sale again. If there is a tie bid between the floor and the internet the floor bid shall take precedence and the internet bidder shall have the option to raise his bid to the next increment.
All items must be removed from the auction premises by 4 PM Mar. 29, 2019, unless other arrangements are made prior to bidding. After that time ownership of any remaining items reverts to the seller and he shall have the right to resell or dispose of them at his discretion. Any property remaining on the premises is there at the buyer's risk and any loss or damage shall be born by the buyer.
Any announcements made before or during the auction take precedence over any previously distributed information.
The record of sale kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as absolute and final in all disputes.
