1996 B&B Trailer w/Title

By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them. Announcements the day of the sale take precedence over all printed matter and advertising. All dealer consigned items will have a 7.25% sales tax charged at the time of payment unless Resale or Farm Exemption form is completed. All items sold are "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor of items for sale. Anderson Enterprises & EQ LLC may attempt to describe the item in advertising, on internet, and at the auction but makes no representations. Bidder will not be entitled to any adjustment, allowance, or damages or any other remedy regarding the condition of any item purchased. In case of a tie bid, auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bid between those two bidders. The record of sales kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final. Once auctioneer accepts the highest bid, any item is then sold. Buyer then takes delivery and assumes all risk of loss for the item. Anderson Enterprises & EQ LLC is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to the Bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall the Bidder have any claim against Anderson Enterprises & EQ LLC or anyone else if the internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Anderson Enterprises & EQ LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Anderson Enterprises & EQ LLC reserves the right to withdraw or re-catalog items in this auction.
