We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover only - if paying by credit card, you must bring your credit card in-person to process your payment when picking up your items. A 16% online buyer's premium will be added to all sales conducted via Proxibid. You will be notified at the end of Auction via email with your settlement sheet noting all purchases and amount due. Please contact us immediately with your payment method, and to schedule pickup of your items. All rigging and moving companies must be pre-approved prior to sale day. No items will be removed without proof of payment. Sale day removal: From conclusion of the sale until 7:00 pm and Friday, March 29th from 9:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M., and as scheduled with Auctioneer. Lots not paid for or removed within the time allowed may be resold at public or private sale without further notice, and any deficiency, together with all expenses and charge of resale, will be charged to the defaulting purchaser, and may be charged to the card supplied at registration. Your stamped paid receipt must be shown to checkout supervision prior to removal. Although checkout supervision will be provided, the auction company and sellers are not liable for lost or stolen items purchased at the sale. Buyers are responsible for capping any electrical, plumbing, or gas lines that are disconnected from removing their items. Buyers of the walk in cooler/freezer are responsible for the cost of filling the void created in the building. The work will be completed by the Seller's contractor at a total cost of $1,500. If the cooler/freezer sell to two separate buyers, the cost will be $750 per buyer.
