SN RSO022, having a 4 3/4" barrel, replica of a Colt model 1873, allegedly there were only 55 of these guns made for the 100th anniversary of the Riverside County Sheriffs office, Consigner had purchsed this gun in Arizona, this is a excellent example of a modern high quality recreation of the Colt, the barrel is marked "Hartford CT Model 45 Colt", underside is marked ASM Italy EMF S.A Cal., gold plated back strap, trigger guard, hammer, and small parts, gold leaf plating on the cylinder with 1893 Riverside County Sheriffs Office 1993 gold plated on the barrel, case colored frame with a high gloss blued barrel and cylinder, smooth walnut grips with Riverside Sheriffs office anniversary logo applied to them, includes a WM. Davis custom made leather holster and belt with Sheriffs office anniversy logo, research shows no other example of this gun, presumed to be a rare find, overall like new unfired condition. R

All items are sold subject to Federal and State Regulations. Any lot number ending with an “R” or “CR” must be registered. If you purchase a lot with 'CR', and you have a Curio and Relics license, you do not need to register this lot. Gun registration is handled by Conestoga Auction Company. Modern handgun purchasers must be Pennsylvania residents at least 21 years of age and must have photo ID (driver’s license). Out of state residents must have an FFL or a licensed dealer in their state to receive UPS shipment on handguns. Modern rifle and shotgun purchasers must be at least 18 years of age and be eligible to purchase firearms.
There is a $2.00 State Fee for PICS (PA Instant Check System) approval for each individual purchasing a handgun and/or longarm. There is also a $3.00 Pa. State Computer Processing Fee for each registered longarm or handgun that is purchased, unless the buyer has an "FFL". There will also be a $5.00 charge for a mandatory trigger lock required for each modern handgun purchased by non- FFL holders. These charges will be passed on to the purchaser in addition to the purchase price and the buyer's premium. All purchasers must register for a buyer's number and provide satisfactory identification.
A Buyer's Premium is added to each item sold at the Auction. 6% Sales Tax will be charged except to persons with a current Dealer's Sales Tax Exemption on file with the Auction. On-line buyers will be charged an additional on-line platform fee. Upon fall of the hammer or said sold, the title and responsibility for each item or lot passes to the purchaser. In case of a disputed bid, the Auctioneer, will determine the successful bidder or re-offer and resell the article in dispute. The Auctioneer reserves the right to hold merchandise purchased by personal check until the check has cleared the bank, if the Auctioneer deems such action necessary to protect his interest.
