1.Bidder must present a valid drivers license. 2.Upon winning bid the bidder must pay a deposit of $ 300.00 in Credit Card, which is non refundable/non transferable. Keys will be issued once the vehicle is paid in full. Payment in full may be made with Credit Card/Debit Card/ Cashier's Check/Money Order. 3.The bidders information will be used to prepare the title. 4.In the event you would like the title written in someone else's name, they must present their valid drivers license. 5. Once the title work has been processed there is a $ 100.00 fee to have it changed. Please provide the auction house with the correct buyers name, address and info, to avoid this fee! 6.Cars are 'AS IS' and all sales are final unless they are a 'Green Light' auctioned vehicle. 7. PAYMENT: Payment in full must be made before 5:00 pm on Thursday (the next business day after the auction). Late payment will be subject to a $100.00 late fee and will only be allowed at the discretion of IAA. Any “GREEN LIGHT” vehicles paid for after 10:30AM on the Friday following the auction, will be sold “AS-IS”, “RED LIGHT” with NO GUARANTEE. After a vehicle is paid for in full, no returns/refunds/or exchanges will be made unless engine and or transmission failure has been reported within the Arbitration Time frame indicated below and diagnosis of the vehicle(s) issue(s) has been confirmed. ONLY vehicles paid in full can enter into the arbitration (the return of a vehicle) process. Any vehicle not removed off the property by Friday at 5pm may be towed at the buyer’s expense. 8. GUARANTEES: “GREEN LIGHT” vehicles are sold with an engine and transmission guarantee. This guarantee protects against engine or transmission failure only. DEFINITION: the engine and or transmission need to be completely replaced and you notify IAA within the Arbitration Period indicated below. NO OTHER vehicle components are guaranteed. Per the State of New Hampshire, Interstate Auto Auction vehicles are sold as Unsafe Motor Vehicles and therefore are not eligible for temporary plates from the State of NH or from Interstate Auto Auction. • The guarantee only applies to “GREEN LIGHT” vehicles that are paid in full and picked up by the buyer. • “GREEN LIGHT” vehicles picked up AFTER Friday 10:30 AM are sold “AS-IS” with NO GUARANTEE. • Arbitration claims for engine or transmission failure only must be reported to IAA (INTERSTATE AUTO AUCTION) by the Thurday, following the auction, by 10:30 AM. Claims must be submitted via email: interstate_auto@yahoo.com or in person. Lot Number/Entry Number, Customer Name, and Year, Make and Model and the nature of the claim must be referenced. Arbitration Claims will not be accepted over the phone. Arbitration guidelines apply to all customers, in-state, out of state, or International and expire at 10:30 AM Thursday, following the auction regardless of travel plans, flight availability etc. If the auction does deem the vehicle within the arbitration rights based on the contract, the the buyer/bidder/customer is responsible for any and all costs associated with the transportation of the vehicle back to Interstate Auto Auction at 20 Hampshire Rd. Salem, NH 03079. In addition, IAA does not refund any taxes, registration, excess fees paid to municipalities for plating, registration, or transportation of the vehicle or loss of time from employment in order to return the vehicle. • “Yellow Light” vehicles have additional announcements, please listen to Auctioneer. “Red Light” vehicles are sold “AS-IS” and are sold with NO GUARANTEE 9.Vehicles not removed from the auction premises by 3 pm on FRIDAY will result in an additional fee of $ 20.00 per day. 10. Interstate Auto Auction will not be responsible for any vehicles left on the premises. 11. I understand that this agreement and all rights of the parties there-under, shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire and any action brought by either party shall be brought in the Courts of the State of New Hampshire. In the event, that for any reason, the forum is deemed to be sufficiently inconvenient or the agreement on the forum selection is unenforceable it is still the intention of the parties that the Laws of the State of New Hampshire govern the parties agreement and their rights attended thereto. 12. Vehicles purchased from Interstate Auto Auction are not eligible for temporary/transit plates from the NH Division of Motor Vehicles. 13.The descriptions listed and pictures displayed in the online catalog for each vehicle are a guide and a tool for the buyer/bidder and ARE NOT 100% ACCURATE. Please call Auction to clarify questions on pictures or descriptions. For best assessment, come in person from 9-5 Monday-Friday. The Seller and Auctioneer reserve the right to reject or accept any and all bids and offers. All vehicles are sold with reserve and notice is hereby given that the Auctioneer may make, procure or advance the bid up to the reserve on behalf of the seller.
