All settlements are due by the conclusion of the auction. Settlements less than $10,000.00 are to be paid in full day of sale. Settlements greater than $10,000.00 require a 25% deposit on day of auction with balance paid in full within 5 days of auction. Any accounts not settled in 5 days will accrue interest and reasonable storage fees. Buyer's premium will be added to all purchases.
