Payment
Invoices totaling over $2,500 must be paid by check.
Buyers who choose to pick up their winnings may pay by cash or check on pick up day, or may call 715-657-0078 one day before pick up day to have their credit cards charged. Please also call ahead if you're sending someone else to pick up your items for you.
If your invoice's shipping address suggests that your winnings will be shipped, you only need to contact us if you are going to pick up instead. Otherwise we will charge your credit card on file the day after the auction closes for the items won. After packing and shipping costs are determined, your credit card will be charged a second time and your items will be sent out.
Bad checks and bad credit/debit cards waste everyone's time. Please make sure that there are sufficient funds in your account and that your credit card information is current. We may charge a fee of up to $50 for bad checks or credit/debit cards, with the fee being commensurate to the collection efforts. A Bidder who chooses not to cooperate in resolving a nonpayment issue will be turned over to Proxibid and may ultimately be banned from the entire Proxibid system.
Bidder forfeits the right to instigate credit card chargebacks and will contact Bennett Auction Service directly with any dispute or claim. Bennett Auction Service will refund Bidder for any claim that Bennett Auction Service deems legitimate. We value our Buyers and treat them fairly.

Terms Of Sale
SPECIAL SHIPPING TERMS FOR STONEWARE AUCTION ENDING 6/16/2019: Please pick up your purchases up if at all possible. These antique pieces, some of which are already cracked or chipped, were never meant to be shipped. Buyers wanting stoneware shipped assume the risk of breakage and agree to waive liability of such. We'll pack to earn your repeat business.
We strive for common-sense reasonable terms presented in plain language, and invite your feedback. If you have a question or concern that is not addressed here, please call Adam directly at 715-657-0078.
1) Although we pride ourselves in honest, thorough descriptions and detailed support pictures, there is inherent risk in relying solely on this information. It's ultimately the Bidder's responsibility to assess condition, age, authenticity, value and other determinative factors and to know what they are bidding on. We offer an inspection period to all, and invite long distance bidders to call with any questions.
2) We primarily do estate work and also sell on consignment. Since we don't own the merchandise we sell, we cannot accept returns. Although Proxibid refers to our auction company as "Seller", we are not; our client is in fact the Seller and they are often deceased. Therefore, all property is sold as-is and all sales are final.
3) Please understand that our Seller often times needs your purchases removed from the premises on schedule. If you cannot make pick up day and your items are not shippable, please call to see if we can accommodate another time or date BEFORE you bid. If we need to move your purchases off site to either ship them or hold them for a later pick up, we may charge a reasonable fee for those services.
4) Laws and regulations vary widely by jurisdiction. The buyer is solely responsible for knowing and adhering to their local laws and regulations; e.g. if naked kittens are prohibited where you live, don't buy them from us.
5) Bidder and Bennett Auction Service both forfeit all rights to litigation, and agree that any mediation or arbitration will take place exclusively in Price County, Wisconsin, U.S.A.
