PAYMENT POLICY: All buyers must provide a minimum non-refundable deposit per vehicle by 12:30 pm on auction day. All items must be paid for in full by the following Monday by 4:00 pm.
PAYMENT TYPES: Cash, Credit/Debit Card (carries a 4% Convenience Fee), or Wire Transfer (must be arranged in advance).
Failure to pay within the allowed time frame, will result in a late fee of $25 per unit per day starting auction day.
ONLINE BUYERS: If you do not contact our office or process payment immediately via your emailed invoice, we will automatically charge your credit card on file for the deposit amount. If your credit card is declined or we are unable to contact you with the numbers registered on your Proxibid account, there will be a $100 late fee added. If you do not pay in full by Monday at 4pm following the auction, we will attempt to charge your card on file for the remaining balance.
