Features and Notes: Seller States: Daughter used to attend concert in Quebec and Michigan pulling with a mini-van, she is enlisting into military service and will no longer use it. Purchased camper in Fall of 2017 at the request of our daughter, who wanted to camp and attend open-air concerts following her graduation from high school. The original camper was a Palomino Pony XL hard-sided pop-up. The previous owner had taken the bunks and canvas off of the camper and discarded them in preparation of converting it to a fish house. He also removed the original LP gas stove and the sink. He never finished the project. I re-framed and insulated the front and back walls of the camper and built a fold-down bunk on the back wall over the dinette. The camper has it's original LP gas furnace and the electrical converter. The camper can operate on 110v or 12v battery. Our daughter did not use the furnace, but it appears to be in good condition and likely works. The LP gas line to the stove would need to be connected to a new stove or removed and capped. I built a storage compartment on the front of the camper, which has a tapered nose to make the camper a bit more aerodynamic. The camper is quite light weight and can be easily towed by a car or small SUV/Crossover. Pop-up campers are not designed to be towed in the upright position and do not have leaf springs with a high enough rating to manage cross winds and cornering. I removed the axle and added leaf spring helper springs. I replaced the tires and lubed the wheel bearings, so that camper is ready to go. Completed camper in Spring of 2018.

Payment is required within 24 hours of conclusion of auction and can be made at the time of scheduled pick up. Checks must be made payable to Fahey Sales Auctioneers & Appraisers. 10% buyers premium applies to payments by cash, check or wire transfer, 14% buyers premium applies to all purchases by credit card (with a $1,500 cap per lot). A 20.00 fee applies to wire transfers. Items not paid for within the required time will be charged to your credit card on file with proxibid. Adjustments in sales tax (if applicable) may be made at the time of payment. Additional excise tax and transfer fees apply to lots requiring registration.
