All payments must be paid in full day of sale, unless prior arrangements are made. Each item will be sold As is, Where is, without warranty as to usefulness or merchantability. All announcements made on the day of the sale supersede all printed material. All purchases are subject to Indiana sales tax unless you have a sales tax exemption. A sales tax certificate must be executed on sale day; failure to provide a certificate will require the payment of sales tax on all purchases. Once an Auctioneer accepts a high bid, the high bidder is bound to a sales contract for the item sold and the risk of loss is passed on to the buyer. The buyer accepts full responsibility for the merchandise once the auctioneer says, “SOLD”. Metzger Auctioneers is not responsible for theft. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lots by reason of their being incorrectly described in this listing or elsewhere and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneers in respect of any such fault or errors. These listings have been prepared only as a guide based on information from sources generally believed to be reliable and from the Consignor but the accuracy thereof cannot be guaranteed or warranted by the Auctioneers. Bidder acknowledges that it is the responsibility to inspect all equipment and to make his own inquiries. There will be a $50 fee for all credit card chargebacks. There will be a $10 shipping and handling fee added to all shipping charges. Items not paid for within 15 days following auction will be forfeited and resold at a future auction. $25 declined credit card fee for all charges that are declined.
