Nothing removed from auction site until funds are in auction company account. Buyer is responsible for loadout charges and shipping from auction site. Buyer has 1 week from the auction date to pick up purchases. Storage charges will accrue after 1 week. Each lot sells AS-IS, WHERE-IS with NO GUARANTEES expressed or implied. Successful bidders on titled vehicles and trailers are responsible for all fees regarding sales tax, title transfer, inspection and registration. Seller is allowing Buyer to participate in the auction through the Internet by prebidding and live bidding. The Buyer acknowledges and understands that such services may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall the Buyer have any kind of claim against the Seller or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. The Seller will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Buyers who desire to increase the chance that their bid is acknowledged during the live auction should use the prebidding feature.
