All successful bidders are buying the assets "As Is / Where Is", all sales are final and it is the buyers' responsibility to remove their purchased items by 4 PM Wednesday, Sept 4th. Any items not removed by this deadline will be considered abandoned and auctioneer will not be held responsible. The auction preview is open on Wednesday August 28th from 10AM to 4PM. It is the Bidder’s responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor.
