By making a bid, Bidder accepts the terms and conditions below and will be bound by them. Announcements the day of the sale take precedence over all printed matter and advertising. All dealer consigned items will have a 7.25% sales tax charged at the time of payment unless Resale or Farm Exemption form is completed. All items sold are "AS IS", and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In case of a tie bid, auctioneer reserves the right to reopen the bid between those two bidders. The record of sales kept by the auctioneer and clerk will be taken as final. Once auctioneer accepts the highest bid, any item is then sold. Buyer then takes delivery and assumes all risk of loss for the item. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction.
