If items are being shipped out of MD No Sales Tax will be charged. Alternate Payments will not reduce the Buyer Premium. All property is sold 'AS IS', and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Property is open to thorough public inspection. It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, grade, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. Allen & Marshall Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Titles will be disbursed on auction day only if payment is made in cash; otherwise they will be mailed when funds clear our bank. 7. Purchaser does hereby indemnify and hold harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any and all damages, claims or liabilities from injuries to persons or property of any type whatsoever caused during the sale or by the removal of items purchased. Purchaser assumes all risk and liability whatsoever resulting from the use of the item(s) sold hereunder; and shall defend, indemnify, and save harmless Auctioneer and Seller from any liability. 8. If the foregoing conditions or any other applicable conditions are not complied with, in addition to other remedies available to Auctioneer and Seller by law, including without limitation, the right to hold the purchaser liable for the bid price, the Auctioneer, at their option may (1) resell the property publicly or privately, with purchaser being liable for the payment of any deficiency plus all costs incurred, or (2) cancel the sale, retaining liquidated damages on all payments made by purchaser, Auctioneer commission and all other incidental damages will be charged. 9. Information in brochures, catalogs and other advertisements are from sources believed to be reliable; however prospective purchasers are urged to inspect the inventory or property to satisfy themselves as to condition, model, manufacturer, year, features, mileage, survey, acres, etc. Neither the Auctioneer or our client make any guarantees and are not responsible for listing or advertising inaccuracies or discrepancies. 10. Shipping Instructions: Allen and Marshall Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC does not offer shipping. However, shipping is available through the local UPS Pack and Ship Store of Salisbury, MD. We will arrange delivery to the UPS Pack & Ship shore on or about Wed. 9/18 for those whose payments have been processed & received. Please contact Milt at 410-749-5070 if you have any questions. A&M Auctioneers and Appraisers, LLC has no affiliation with the Pack and Ship store and has no control over pick-up fees or shipping freight fees through the UPS Store. IT SHOULD BE UNDERSTOOD THAT THIS TYPE OF SHIPPING CAN BE EXPENSIVE. A&M Auctioneers and Appraisers is not a shipping company. If you want do not want to use the UPS Pack & Ship Store please contact the shipper of your choice and have them pick the items up for you at our Auction Facility. 11. All statements made by the Auctioneer the day of the auction take precedence over oral statements and/or printed materials. 12. Maryland Sales Tax (6%) will be charged to MD Buyers unless you have a Maryland Tax ID. Items being shipped out of Maryland will not be charged tax. 13. Items not picked up or shipping arrangements made within 30 Days will be resold at the rick and expense of the purchaser. 14. The Auction Co. reserves the right to extend the bidding time if an error should occur with the online server. 15. Auctioneers reserves the right to Add/Remove items, modify descriptions or cancel the auction at any time. 16.
