Some items are new in the box. Some are customer returns, store displays, or overstocked items. Some could be damaged, missing parts, remotes, screws, instructions, cables, etc. All items selling with no warranty or guarantee. By bidding buyer agrees to all terms and conditions. Buyer agrees to accept all items all charges for a winning bid placed on the credit card associated with your account, and you agree you will not attempt any charge back, contest, or dispute any amount for a winning bid that the auctioneer charges to your credit card. The auctioneer is not obligated to issue you a refund if you are unable to pickup and remove your items during the published removal times. Pickup times: The Thursday following the auction from 3:00PM to 6:00PM. or the next Saturday 10AM to Noon. Please do not show up at the last minute to begin loading. Please be sure you can pickup your purchases during the allotted days. We do not have boxes or wrapping paper. Please honor the pickup times.
