WINNING BIDDERS:
Step #1: After the auction, you will receive an invoice for the PURCHASE PRICE of the items you won on our auction. If you do NOT wish your item(s) to be shipped or you have a change of shipping address, you must respond within 2 business days. Call 260-768-7616 or email customerservice@chauctions.com
Step #2: We will package your item(s) and email an invoice with shipping cost. Once the shipping cost is added to the invoice, it will not be removed! Items will not be shipped until payment is made.

SHIPPING: Chupp Auctions will ship most items at Buyer's expense via USPS, FedEx or UPS. For those wishing to pick-up locally, you must contact our office within 2 business days of the auction to inform us of your plans. Items must be picked up within 2 months unless prior arrangements are made with Chupp Auctions. **Chupp Auctions reserves the right to deliver any items they deem fragile to the local UPS store for packaging & shipping.**
TAX: 7% Sales tax will be charged for online purchases shipped within the state of Indiana. Out-of-state shipments will not be charged tax.
