Bidders who bid from off site and are not present at the live auction or preview understand and acknowledge that they may not be able to inspect an item as well as if they examined it in person. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall Bidder have any kind of claim against Lawson & Co or anyone else if the Internet service fails to work correctly before or during the live auction. Lawson & Co will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should use the proxy-bidding feature and leave their maximum bid 24 hours before the auction begins. Residents of Indiana will be responsible for 7% sales tax. Shipping, Insurance and handling costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All items will be shipped via the U S Postal Service or UPS. All long guns will be charged a $35.00 shipping fee for each gun purchased. All competition match rifles will be charged more than the $35.00 shipping fee - fee to be determined. All short guns will be charged a $25.00 shipping fee. All furniture and large/heavy items will not be shipped by Lawson & Co. The purchaser must arrange for pick-up of the items with 7 days of the auction date. All items will be insured for the purchase price. Firearms will be shipped to an FFL Agent of purchasers choice. Buyers are required to mail or fax a signed copy of his (or transfer dealers) FFL license. If special shipping is requested the purchaser must contact Lawson & Co. Ammunition or Knives requires proof of age before they can be shipped. We strive to have your items shipped within 10 business days of the auction.
