All items are sold AS IS, WHERE IS with no warranty expressed or implied. We have included multiple photos and described any problems noted. If you have any questions about a lot or would like additional photos, please contact us as soon as possible. The last few days of the auction is not a good time to contact us with questions. All firearms must be shipped to FFL holders. You must email a copy of the receiving FFL to doug@jarmanauctioncompany.com. Handguns will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. There is a minimum $20 charge for ANY handgun regardless of value. We charge actual shipping plus handling fee seen below. We require insurance on all shipments. (2) Long guns will be shipped using UPS Ground. We can ship multiple guns in one box unless you purchase handguns AND long guns which will be shipped separately. There is a minimum $35 charge for any long gun regardless of value. We use the same formula based on weight and value. (3) Knives or smaller items. We will ship the 1st knife your purchase by 1st Class mail for $6. For each additional knife, add $1. If value of package exceeds $100, we will add insurance charges. If you buy a combination of guns and knives, we will not add charges for the knife unless it increases the value. In that case, we will charge more for insurance if necessary. Handling fees are based on weight will be applied to all boxes, even flat rate. Handling fees will be: less than 2 lbs ($2), 2-4 lbs ($3), 5-10 lbs ($4), 11-15 lbs ($5), 16-20 lbs ($6) 21-25 lbs ($7), 26-30 lbs ($8), 31-35 lbs ($9) 36-50 lbs ($10), 51-70 lbs ($12.50), 71 or more lbs ($15). Insurance will be charged as follows: Less than $50 ($1.65), $50.01 to $100 ($2.05), $100.01 to $200 ($2.45), $200.01 to $300 ($4.60). The price per additional $100 of insurance, valued over $300 up to $5,000, is $4.60 plus $0.90 per each $100 or fraction thereof. We reserve the right to self insure packages.
