TERMS & and CONDITIONS: If payment is slow in coming shipping could take as long as 4 - 6 weeks. Buyers agree to pay a 15% buyers premium. All buyers must register with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card. Buyers also understand a second charge to their card will occur for shipping and handling once shipping cost is determined.
All property is sold AS IS, and ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any attempt to reject or dispute a purchase will result in being banned from future auctions and/or involvement of law enforcement.
