Sig P229 9mm Pistol, New in Box, Shipping $18 to your FFL. Local transfer offered at no charge to in state residents, transfer location to be posted once inventory is received after the sale.
Payment
Payment must be made following the close of the auction. Payment methods accepted include CASH, Business or Personal check, Cashiers Check, USPS Money Orders, Credit Cards (Mastercard, Discover or Visa), ACH, direct deposit into a local PNC bank if you have one in the area, bank to bank wire transfer or CASH. Checks will need to clear prior to shipping. Also the credit cards you use must be in your name.
Buyers requiring shipping -
Please note that normally we will not automatically charge your credit card on file with Proxibid. You will need to call in or we will need to call you once we have had time to work through all the orders. Please realize that numerous buyers will need shipping quotes based upon their location or their dealers location and the quantity of items they purchased which will require a member of the staff to calculate it individually. Be patient as it takes time processing internet only auctions.
We reserve the right to require cash or wire transfer on any order and for any reason. Checks must clear prior to shipping. Credit Cards must be in your name.
Local Pickup - If you intend to pick up your items up locally CASH is accepted and Preferred along with local check or cashiers check from a local bank we recognize and can verify in real time. Larger dollar amounts we strongly urge you to bring cash to avoid any issues with checks. Just bring CASH.

Most of the new guns we have listed may have been on display in the gun store but are new and unfired unless fired at the factory. Remember this is an auction and all sales are final. No warranty is either expressed, written or implied and any remaining factory warranty must be negotiated with the manufacturer or distributor directly and is the buyers sole responsibility. We try to list these items as accurately as we can however we are not experts on all the items we sell. This is an online only auction and no preview or inspection period is being offered. For those items that we sell as new, if any warranty exists its between you and the manufacturer. Should you not agree with our terms, please don't bid because you will be held to them.
Additional Terms for firearm auctions are as follows:
Do Not Bid on firearms or ammunition unless you can legally own them. We will do transfers and NICS checks if required for all purchasers that pickup items locally. For those firearms being shipped, they will need to be shipped to a local FFL in your area and they will do the transfer and NICS check if required. Should your purchase a firearm that needs to be shipped have your local Dealer/FFL send a file copy of their license to us via email at info@auctionsasap.com. Be sure to have them include your name and item number so we know who it belongs too.
If an item is purchased by an individual that can not legally possess the item due to Federal, State, or municipality regulations, payment in full is still required & we will accept the individual as a future consignor for the item to be resold at a later date in one of our upcoming auctions. In this case you will at no time take possession of the item or items. You are required to be aware of all Federal, State and local laws governing your ability to purchase Firearms, ammo or accessories prior to bidding.
If you are out of state, Firearms must be shipped to an FFL holder and we require a signed file copy of their FFL to ship. Pick up of items will be allowed at a designated time and location. For items being picked up in person, they must be paid for in CASH. Handguns can only be picked up by in-state residents of Kentucky. Out of state buyers must provide an FFL in your home state to ship to.
