All payments must be paid in full day of sale, unless prior arrangements are made. All purchases are subject to Indiana sales tax unless you have a sales tax exemption. Once an Auctioneer accepts a high bid, the high bidder is bound to a sales contract for the item sold and the risk of loss is passed on to the buyer. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect or inaccuracy in any of the lots by reason of their being incorrectly described in this listing or elsewhere and no liability shall be borne by the Auctioneers in respect of any such fault or errors.
