TERMS: All items are sold as-is, where is at the fall of the gavel, there is no cooling-off period. It is the bidder’s responsibility to inspect all items for condition, style, type or other classification; items herein offered are described to the best of our abilities and the auction company cannot be held liable for details in item descriptions. All items won must be paid for no later than Saturday, 18 January 2020 following the auction, unless an online bidder who may not be on premises and is kindly requested to pay as soon as possible and no later than on pickup the following week. No items that require assistance to remove and/or which have not first been paid for may be removed from the building until the conclusion of the live auction. Larger items may be picked up during the week of 20 January 2020 from 10AM-5PM. Please make appointments with our moving staff during the Preview or Auction if you need their assistance to move your item(s). All items not picked up by 5PM on 24 January 2020 will be subject to a $250 moving fee and $30/day storage fee at an off-site location and are subject to forfeiture.
