Invoices: All bidders will be emailed a PRELIMINARY invoice on Tuesday, January 21, 2020 before 5PM. This invoice will reflect an 18% buyer’s premium and sales tax will be charged. It will also show the discount if you were to pay cash. Sales tax will be removed from FINAL invoices for all out-of-state bidders. Credit Card Payments: FINAL Invoices (paid in full receipt) will be emailed on Wednesday, January 22, 2020 before 5PM. Cash/Check/Other Payment: Paid in full receipts will be issued upon payment and will reflect a 15% BP. If you do not show up to pay cash on the designated pick-up times, your credit card on file with Proxibid will be charged unless prior arrangements have been made. If payment is declined Johnson Properties Realtors & Auctioneers, Inc. will file a non-paying bidder complaint with Proxibid and resell the items at the original buyer's expense. Defaulted bidders will be black-flagged in our database as a Non-Paying Bidder. Johnson Properties reserves the right to sell to the next highest qualified Bidder and/or Buyer in the event the successful high Bidder and/or Buyer do not comply with the terms of the sale. By bidding on the items in the auction, the Buyer agrees to all terms and conditions set forth. All purchases must be picked-up/loaded by the bidder or their designated agent during published check-out dates and times.
