New and existing buyers who are currently registered with Roel Corporation Live Auctions to purchase items must accept the following Terms & Conditions to participate in Roel corporation Live Auctions. 1. Buyer’s Premium: Buyer’s premium of 15 % will be added to all winning bids. The buyer's premium is non-refundable except in the case of a misrepresented item. 2. Online Bidding: By registering to bid through Roel Corporation Live Auction service you agree to accept Roel Corporation policies of bid history disclosure. Bidders may leave absentee bids on items they wish to purchase. Auctioneer will bid for the absentee bidder which will be displayed during the Live Auction. Please register to bid in advance of the start time. Lots, which are sold during the auction will display the word "sold" within the bidder panel. Lots, which are passed will display the word "passed" in green within the bidder panel. Lots, which do not display the word "sold" may be brought back up to auction at any time during the event. Bidders may place pre-bids on lots, which have not been sold. In this instance, the catalog will be reviewed continuously throughout the event and lots with NEWLY placed pre-bids will be brought up to auction, providing the initial "ask price" and/or reserve (if applicable) is met. Bidders may request that a lot be opened by using their Personal Messaging system via their Bidder Panel. Please PM only the lot number and not the title or description of the lot. Offers may also be made through the Personal Messaging system as well. If an offer is acceptable, the initial "ask price" may be lowered to the offered amount. An offer, which is acceptable to the seller, does not always guarantee a "win" as the offer is still subject to being opposed by other bidders when the item is brought up to auction. 3. Methods of Payments: Acceptable forms of payment are listed the auction’s info page. You will receive invoice in email after each auction with instructions on how to complete transaction. 4. Payment Due: We will conduct few auctions every week and after each auction we will email invoices for all winnings with our PayPal address. If you want pay via PayPal - you have time until following Monday 6 PM EST. At this time Monday credit cards will be charged for all winnings that have not been paid by PayPal. Failure to remit payment to the Seller in the 10 days may result in legal action against the Buyer. 5. Reserve Price: All lots are offered subject to a reserve. The reserve is a confidential minimum price agreed upon by the Consignor and Roel Corporation the amount below which the lot will not be sold. If the highest bid placed does not meet reserve, the item will then be "passed" (skipped over) and the auctioneer will move on to the next item. In most cases, the reserve will be set below the estimated range, but in no case will it exceed the estimates listed. An Auctioneer of Roel Corporation will execute such reserves by bidding for the Consignor. In any event and whether or not a lot is subject to a reserve, this will show up as “onsite” during the LIVE Auction. 6. Inquiries: All inquiries regarding lots must be sent directly to the Seller via email and received few hours prior to the start of the auction. 7.Withdrawal Prior to Sale: Roel reserves the right to withdraw any property before the sale and shall have no liability whatsoever for such withdrawal. 8. Guarantee Terms: All items in the catalog are sold as described by Roel Corporation. If an item is different than was described by the Roel, Buyer has 3 days from the date the property is received to notify Roel. After the 3 days period all items are considered “as is”, without recourse. Full refund for misrepresented item will be issued. The item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when purchased. Only in this case shipping fee will be refunded by Roel Corporation. Any refund will be paid directly by the Roel Corporation to the Buyer. 9. Payment and Delivery: At checkout, notification is sent by email to the Buyer. Shipping will include insurance and tracking (where available) so that the date of delivery is identifiable. Roel Corporation give the Buyer a period of at least 3 days once the item is received to inspect the item for compliance with the description provided in Seller’s listing and three business days to package and ship the item for return. 10. Returns and refunds: Return is allowed. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and also we understand that you are buying item thought the computer without seeing it “alive’. We give you 3 days to decide if you are going to keep item. If you decide return item please email us about it and send it to our address. We will refund you all money you have paid for item excluding 15% buyer’s premium and shipping charge and we will not charge you restocking fee. If Buyer will not notify us about return within 3 days, restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returned items. In the event that an item is damaged, Roel Corporation will credit the buyer the hammer price of the item plus, the Buyer's Premium. In the event an item is NOT received by the Buyer, Roel Corporation will credit the Buyer for the hammer price of the item plus, the applicable Buyer's Premium. In the event when Buyer does not accept the package upon delivery (for any reason), merchandise will be returned to Roel Corporation. Buyer will be responsible for paying Shipping charges for redelivery of the package. In the event when Buyer refuses the package upon delivery (for any reason), merchandise will be returned to Roel Corporation. Buyer will be responsible for paying restocking fee 20% from total sale price. In the event if the Buyer is not satisfied with the merchandise, Roel Corporation should be contacted for negotiation of further actions. 12. 7% sales tax in Florida: All purchases made by Florida residents are subject to the 7% sales tax according to law of Florida.
