THIS AUCTION REQUIRES A $500 DEPOSIT All payments are due immediately following the auction. The credit card that you use to register will automatically be charged for the items that you purchase. If you choose to pay by check or money order, once your payment is received all items will be held a minimum of 2 weeks or until your method of payment clears our bank. Any dollar amount exceeding $10,000 will be required to do a wire transfer (we charge $10 processing fees for wire transfers). We will automatically charge 10% on dollar amounts over $10,000 to the credit card used to register. If you are the successful bidder on an item and you fail to pay for it, you will still owe 20% to W Yoder Auction, LLC for commission fees. You are authorizing W Yoder Auction, LLC to charge your credit card a minimum of 20% of the gross of your item(s). Any credit cards that come back as "declined", the items will be resold at the owner's expense.
