If items are not picked up within the scheduled pickup time, ownership reverts back to the Seller, whom may resell or dispose of items and Buyer will not be refunded. All applicable sales tax will be added to the purchase price of all purchases deemed taxable in accordance with Federal, State and/or Local Laws. Ohio and Pennsylvania residents who are tax-exempt must submit a legible copy of your Vendors License BEFORE the sale begins.
